The allowances

If you work for a private company employing more than 20 employees and if this company pays the 1% housing tax (a contribution provided by French industries designed to help with employees accommodation and removal expenses), we can help you to obtain the « Mobili-pass » and « Loca-pass » allowances.

Mobili-pass allowance

The amount awarded

• 1 600 € maximum can be given. This sum does not depend on an agreement from your company.
• 3 200 € maximum can be given. A written agreement from your company will be required.

Expenses covered :

• Azur Mobility fee
• Real Estate's expenses (= 1 month rent)
• Six month rent and services charges if 2 rents are paid at the same time

Loca-pass allowance

When renting an accommodation, the loca-pass provides you with an interest-free loan to fund your 1 month deposit required by the Estate Agency or the Landlord.
